Founder

Gary founded this holding firm to help clients build up real estate investment portfolio and guidance to pathway of legal residence in North America. He's a licensed mortgage agent who assists clients to obtain mortgages to purchase their dream home in USA and Canada. He specializes in first home mortgage for new comers, rental properties portfolio and participation in several multi-million real estate projects for construction loan. Moreover, he already helped at least 40 families or individuals to settle down in Canada.

He moved to Canada in 2016 through the Federal Skilled Worker Express Entry program and is now living in Ottawa. He understands the difficulties encountered as a new immigrant and gone through the process to become a real Canadian. As such, he’s passionate about sharing his experience to those who want to embark on a new chapter in a new country. Gary graduated from Carleton University with a master degree of business administration. He completed the Certificate in Immigration Law and Mortgage Brokerage Program in the University of British Columbia. Moreover, he is a Chartered Marketer designated by Chartered Institute of Marketing in UK.
